Physical Education

Physical Education is essential to developing the whole child, and students in K-8 have multiple PE classes per week. In the younger years, students focus on fundamental movement patterns and develop an understanding of key components of physical activities that are enjoyable and improve their health. As they grow older, they begin to refine and combine skills in complex situations and demonstrate greater proficiency of movement patterns in games and sports. By Middle School, students develop competency in modified versions of games, sports, and recreational activities.
