Our parents are a vital part of our community and our school’s success. They serve on our Board of Trustees, chaperone field trips, raise funds, and serve as coaches on our sports teams. We recognize our parents have diverse needs and welcome their involvement in ways that fit their busy lives. Each classroom has a room parent and our school enjoys an active Peabody Parent Forum (PPF).
Our PPF arranges speakers, organizes classroom celebrations, and keeps other parents informed about key issues at Peabody. Parent volunteers also eagerly organize community activities, drive on field trips, assist teachers in diverse ways, welcome new families, and sponsor school-wide events.
Parent participation in our annual fund is consistently high, and it provides our school with critical resources, including valuable financial aids that support our mission to serve a diverse student population.
We are very fortunate to have such a vibrant, supportive, and helpful parent community.
