Peabody 4th graders travel to the Smithsonian!

Mr. Nunley’s fourth grade class traveled to Washington D.C. this week to the Natural History Museum. The students visited the Hominid Exhibit (http://humanorigins.si.edu/), the Insect Zoo (http://www.mnh.si.edu/education/exhibitions/insectzoo.html), and the Eternal Life in Ancient Egypt Exhibit (http://www.mnh.si.edu/exhibits/eternal-life/index.cfm). The students were able to truly immerse themselves in their studies!

Peabody School Spelling Bee

The Annual Peabody School spelling bee  was held on Tuesday, January 27. Twelve students won their class spelling bee and advanced to the school bee. Mr. Nunley’s Class Celebrates at Bloop

Mr. Nunley’s fourth grade class earned a celebration at Bloop. In spite of the cold weather, the students enjoyed their frozen yogurt treat with Ms. Henslee, Ms. Anna, and of course, Mr. Nunley.
